This program includes one 120-minute training session per day, spread over the course of one month. Each session will be led by our experienced trainers, focusing on developing your technique, strength, and strategy. Whether you are new to Muay Thai or seeking to enhance your skills, our program offers a structured and supportive environment to help you achieve your goals. Benefit from personalized instruction and consistent practice to make significant progress and deepen your understanding of Muay Thai over the month.

Warm-Up:

Stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body.

Shadow Boxing:

Practicing techniques and combinations in front of a mirror.

Pad Work:

Drilling punches, kicks, elbows, and knees with a trainer.

Bag Work:

Working on power and precision with heavy bags.

Technique Drills:

Focusing on specific Muay Thai techniques and form.

Clinch Training:

Practicing clinch techniques and knee strikes.

Sparring:

Controlled sparring sessions to apply skills in a live setting.

Strength and Conditioning:

Bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and core work.

Cooldown:

Stretching and recovery exercises to prevent injuries.

  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.

    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
