Join us for a focused Muay Thai training session suitable for all levels. This single 120-minute class will provide you with a comprehensive workout, including technique drills, conditioning exercises, and strategic training. Our expert trainers will offer personalized guidance to help you improve your skills, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. This session is designed to deliver an intensive and rewarding Muay Thai experience, allowing you to make meaningful progress in a single class.

Warm-Up:

Stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body.

Shadow Boxing:

Practicing techniques and combinations in front of a mirror.

Pad Work:

Drilling punches, kicks, elbows, and knees with a trainer.

Bag Work:

Working on power and precision with heavy bags.

Technique Drills:

Focusing on specific Muay Thai techniques and form.

Clinch Training:

Practicing clinch techniques and knee strikes.

Sparring:

Controlled sparring sessions to apply skills in a live setting.

Strength and Conditioning:

Bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and core work.

Cooldown:

Stretching and recovery exercises to prevent injuries.

Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
No Refund for Late Cancellations:
- Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
