3 weeks Muay Thai training, 2 sessions per day, 120 min each class, Morning or afternoon classes led by experienced Muay Thai trainers
Prepare yourself mentally and physically for our intensive program by staying hydrated, getting adequate rest, and maintaining a balanced diet. Arrive early to warm up properly before each session to prevent injuries and optimize performance. Focus on technique and listen closely to our experienced instructors to make the most of each session. Take breaks when needed and listen to your body to avoid overexertion. Consistency is key, so commit to attending both sessions daily to see significant improvement over the 3-week duration. With morning sessions available from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and afternoon sessions from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, each lasting 120 minutes, you'll have ample opportunity to hone your skills and elevate your performance to new heights.

Sutai Muay Thai Sports Club is located on the west coast of Phuket, just 900 meters from Bangtao Beach and 700 meters from Surin Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
