Morning class: 07:30 - 09:30, Mon - Sat
Afternoon class: 16:30 - 18:30, Mon - Sat

The gym changes its training routines every month. This approach helps prevent boredom and plateaus in progress.
Bonus
Beach training, Hill sprint and Ice bath recovery once a week, BBQ once a month.
