Beginner Level : Building the Foundation (recommended)
In our beginner program, you'll lay the groundwork for your Muay Thai journey. We prioritize safety and technique, focusing on building a strong foundation.

Here's what you'll learn : Proper Stance: Master the essential stances that form the basis of Muay Thai. Learn how to stand confidently and move with agility. Hand Wrapping: Discover the art of hand wrapping, a critical skill to protect your hands during training. Fundamental Strikes: You'll be introduced to the fundamental strikes, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the ""push kick,"" all executed with precision. Pad Work and Bag Work: You'll engage in pad work and bag work to refine your techniques and build power in your strikes. This is an integral part of training at all levels.

At this stage, we emphasize proper form and confidence-building, without engaging in sparring or clinching.

Intermediate Level: Enhancing Skills and Technique
In our intermediate program, we delve deeper into the art of Muay Thai, focusing on enhancing your skills and refining your technique. Here's what you'll experience:


Shadow Boxing: Develop your footwork and improve your striking technique through shadow boxing, a key element for building speed and precision.
Hand Wrapping: Continue to refine your hand wrapping skills, ensuring your hands are well-protected during training and sparring. Advanced Strikes and Combinations :

At this stage, we work on advanced strikes and combinations. You'll learn how to put together a variety of strikes with precision and timing, preparing you for real combat scenarios.

Strategic Planning: We emphasize the importance of having a good plan every time you throw a strike. Strategic planning is key to success in the ring, and we'll teach you how to make every movement count. Sparring and Clinching: You'll have the opportunity to engage in sparring and clinching sessions, putting your skills to the test in controlled combat situations.

Advanced and Fighter Class : Preparing for Battle
Our advanced and fighter class is tailor-made for professionals, aspiring fighters, and those preparing for serious competition. This program is intensive and challenges your physical and mental limits. You'll refine your technique, develop your fight strategy, and get in top-notch physical condition for the ring.
Join us and embark on your Muay Thai journey, with each level building upon the last to help you achieve your goals while incorporating pad work and bag work throughout your training.

Khunsuek Muay Thai Gym is a perfect place to start one’s journey into Muay Thai as Muay Thai is one of the best parts of the experience of visiting Thailand. Khunsuek welcomes everyone who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai. Our classes are provided for all levels from beginner to intermediate until professional fighter. Every level is separate, and our training style is unique from the start to the end. We are making sure that you will never get bored at Khunsuek. Also, we have our professional and qualified trainers focused on the traditional style of Muay Thai, putting an emphasis on refining the individual’s techniques and developing their skills.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Before Muay Thai Class
- Stay Hydrated: Drink water throughout the day.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear suitable workout
- Bring Gear: If you have them, bring hand wraps, Muay Thai gloves, and a mouthguard
- Arrive Early: Be at the gym a bit ahead of time for preparation.
- Eat Light: Have a small meal or snack a few hours before class.
- Stay Positive: Approach the class with an open and positive mindset.
- Stay Focused: Pay attention to your instructor and be in the moment.
- Show Respect: Respect your instructor, fellow students, and gym rules.
