3-Week Muay Thai Training Program: Advancing Your Skills For those committed to a more extended Muay Thai journey, our 3-week program is designed to provide a well-rounded experience, whether you're a beginner or an intermediate/advanced participant.

Week 1 : Fundamental Mastery
- Beginners : Start with proper stances, gain confidence in footwork, and discover essential hand wrapping techniques.
- Intermediate/Advanced : Focus on refining your existing techniques, fine-tuning your skills, and embracing skill enhancement.
- Regardless of your level, you'll delve into fundamental strikes, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the push kick.

Week 2 : Skill Expansion and Conditioning
- Beginners : Progress in your fundamental strikes, with a greater emphasis on precision and technique.
- Intermediate/Advanced : Continue skill enhancement and advanced techniques, including complex combinations and precision strikes.
- Both groups will intensify their conditioning, further enhancing physical strength, endurance, and agility.

Week 3 : Practical Application and Mental Resilience**
- Beginners : Apply your newfound skills in controlled sparring sessions, gaining practical experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced : Engage in more intensive and challenging sparring sessions, simulating real combat scenarios.

Khunsuek welcomes everyone who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai. Our classes are provided for all levels from beginner to intermediate until professional fighter. Every level is separate, and our training style is unique from the start to the end. We are making sure that you will never get bored at Khunsuek. Also, we have our professional and qualified trainers focused on the traditional style of Muay Thai, putting an emphasis on refining the individual’s techniques and developing their skills.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Before Muay Thai Class

- Bring Gear: If you have them, bring hand wraps, Muay Thai gloves, and a mouthguard
