Our one-day Muay Thai training program offers a holistic experience available for 2 classes on morning and afternoon, featuring dynamic padwork sessions, intense Muay Thai bag drills, and invigorating cardio workouts. This comprehensive training day provides a glimpse into the foundational fitness techniques of Muay Thai, allowing you to immerse yourself in this exhilarating martial art and embark on a journey toward improved physical strength and mental clarity.

In our beginner program, you'll lay the groundwork for your Muay Thai journey. We prioritize safety and technique, focusing on building a strong foundation. Here's what you'll learn:

1. Proper Stance: Master the essential stances that form the basis of Muay Thai. Learn how to stand confidently and move with agility.
2. Hand Wrapping: Discover the art of hand wrapping, a critical skill to protect your hands during training.
3. Fundamental Strikes: You'll be introduced to the fundamental strikes, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the "push kick,"all executed with precision.
4. Pad Work and Bag Work: You'll engage in pad work and bag work to refine your techniques and build power in your strikes. This is an integral part of training at all levels.
5. At this stage, we emphasize proper form and confidence-building, without engaging in sparring or clinching.

Class schedule
Morning class: 08:00 - 09:30, Mon - Sat
Afternoon class: 15:30 - 17:00, Mon - Sat

Khunsuek welcomes everyone who wants to learn the art of Muay Thai. Our classes are provided for all levels from beginner to intermediate until professional fighter. Every level is separate, and our training style is unique from the start to the end. We are making sure that you will never get bored at Khunsuek. Also, we have our professional and qualified trainers focused on the traditional style of Muay Thai, putting an emphasis on refining the individual’s techniques and developing their skills.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Before Muay Thai Class
- Stay Hydrated: Drink water throughout the day.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear suitable workout
- Bring Gear: If you have them, bring hand wraps, Muay Thai gloves, and a mouthguard
- Arrive Early: Be at the gym a bit ahead of time for preparation.
- Eat Light: Have a small meal or snack a few hours before class.
- Stay Positive: Approach the class with an open and positive mindset.
- Stay Focused: Pay attention to your instructor and be in the moment.
- Show Respect: Respect your instructor, fellow students, and gym rules.
