Muay Thai Private Class for Children – 1 Session (90 Minutes)

Introduce your child to the art of Muay Thai with a 90-minute Private Class at Kru Dam Chiang Mai! Designed specifically for young learners, this session provides personalized, one-on-one training in a safe and encouraging environment. Our trainers focus on teaching essential techniques, building confidence, and improving focus while making the session fun and engaging.

Training program

Warm-up:

Begin with stretching and warm-up exercises to prepare the body for training.

Shadow Boxing:

Practice techniques, combos, movements, and footwork.

Pad Training:

Work with a trainer on punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing, and basic techniques.

Punching Bag Training:

Focus on power, precision, and breath control using a sandbag.

Technique Training:

Improve Muay Thai and boxing-specific techniques.

Clinch Training:

Practice clinching and kneeing exercises.

Hand-to-Hand Combat:

Learn how to apply skills in real-world situations or competition.

Strength and Conditioning:

Incorporate bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and core workouts.

Cool-down:

End with stretching and recovery exercises to prevent injury.
