Transform yourself into a better fighter in 10 classes with Muay Thai Training Group 10 Class, designed for your success.

Warm-Up (5 mins) : Begin your session with a light stretch to get your body warmed up and ready for the intense workout ahead. This brief warm-up is designed to prepare your muscles and joints, reducing the risk of injury.

Skipping/Cardio (10 mins) : Engage in 10 minutes of skipping or other light cardio exercises to increase your heart rate and get the blood flowing. This activity helps to further prepare your body for the high-energy Muay Thai techniques you'll be practicing.

Technique Drills (15 mins) : Spend 15 minutes watching and repeating various Muay Thai techniques. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, you'll learn and perfect the fundamental moves, enhancing your skills and building a solid foundation.

Bag Work (15 mins) : Take out some aggression on the heavy bag for 15 minutes. This segment allows you to practice your strikes with power and precision, improving your overall technique and strength.

Pad Work (15 mins) : Go through pad drills with one of our trainers for 15 minutes. This one-on-one session focuses on accuracy, speed, and combination strikes, giving you a realistic feel of in-ring action and helping you refine your skills.

Light Sparring (15 mins) : Pair up with either a trainer or someone of a similar skill level for 15 minutes of light sparring. This controlled sparring session is designed to give you practical experience in applying your techniques, timing, and defensive skills in a real fight scenario.

Clinching (10 mins) : Learn close-quarter Muay Thai skills and how to control an opponent from the clinch in this 10-minute session. Clinching is a vital part of Muay Thai, and this segment focuses on teaching you how to dominate and maneuver effectively in close-range combat.

Cool Down (5 mins) : End your training session with a 5-minute cool down. This involves sit-ups and a light stretch to relax your muscles and gradually lower your heart rate, ensuring a safe and effective recovery.
