Our Muay Thai Training for Fighters - 1 Month with Fight Arrangement is tailored for fighters who are ready to step into the ring. Each 1-hour session will focus on sharpening your skills, improving endurance, and preparing you for live competitions. We will schedule fights every week, providing you with opportunities to compete based on your ability, both in Thailand and abroad.


Training program

Warm-Up and Stretching:

Prepare your body for intense activity with a focus on flexibility and injury prevention.

Shadow Boxing:

Practice striking and movement techniques to refine your fundamentals and improve coordination.

Heavy Bag Training:

Enhance your striking power and precision while burning calories through targeted drills on the heavy bag.

Pad Work:

Develop strength, stamina, and technique through focused mitt training with a trainer.

Knee Striking on Heavy Bags:

Strengthen your clinch game and improve knee strikes.

Cool-Down and Stretching:

Finish your session with stretching exercises to relax your muscles and improve recovery.

Bodyweight Exercises:

Build muscle and core strength with a variety of bodyweight drills tailored to enhance overall fitness.

This program is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, aiming to improve technique, physical fitness, and overall performance.
