Class description

Unlock your potential and unleash your inner warrior with our Muay Thai Group Training program – 10 sessions of intense workouts, camaraderie, and growth. Join our motivating group classes, with two sessions available daily: Morning Training from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and Afternoon Training from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Whether you're aiming to compete or simply want to challenge yourself, our program is designed to help you reach new heights in your Muay Thai journey.

Morning Training (7:30am to 9:30am)

  • Optional Warm Up Run at 6:30am (8km – 12km)
  • Skipping (3 sets x 5 mins)
  • Stretching
  • Shadow Boxing
  • Bag Work (3- 5 rounds – 4 min rounds)
  • Pad Work (3-5 rounds)
  • Technique of boxing and Muay Thai
  • Sparing – 3 days- boxing / 3days – Muay Thai (technique sparring for beginners)
  • Walking Knees / Kicks / Push-kicks / Punches and knees on the bag
  • Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Burpees
  • Pull-Ups
  • Free Weights

    Afternoon Training (4:00pm – 6:00pm)

  • Optional Warm Up Run at 3:30pm (4- 5km)
  • Skipping (3 sets x 5 mins)
  • Stretching

Sutai Muay Thai Sports Club is located on the west coast of Phuket, just 900 meters from Bangtao Beach and 700 meters from Surin Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Note
The essential items are hand wraps and boxing gloves as well as comfortable sports clothes. We train barefoot but if you intend to run before training, then you will need running shoes too. You can purchase any equipment or clothing from our onsite shop and we offer rental gloves and shin guards at 50B per session.
Instruction
We would recommend you take travel insurance before you arrive. Most common ailments can be treated at the local pharmacies which are everywhere and if you need to see a doctor there are 2 good clinics that are within 10 minutes of the camp. We also have a hospital within 20 minutes of the camp too.
