Practice realistic movements through shadowboxing, allowing you to learn basic skills such as proper combination techniques, footwork, and body control in a simulated environment. This essential practice will help you develop your fighting abilities.
Work with pads to improve your striking techniques, enhance speed, accuracy, and refine your fighting style. Coaches will provide guidance and adjust techniques to suit your individual needs.
Increase your stamina and strength with cardio-focused bag work. Perform drills and strikes on the heavy bag to build endurance and power in every movement, pushing your physical limits to new heights.
Engage in Cross Training, including endurance training and plyometric exercises, to strengthen muscles and increase body flexibility. This prepares you for all types of training and competition.
Test your skills through real sparring sessions in boxing and Muay Thai, applying everything you’ve learned in a competitive setting. Clinching training is also emphasized to enhance both defense and offense in close-range combat.
