Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Week (90 Minutes per Session): Intensive Training for Technique & Conditioning!

Take your Muay Thai skills to the next level in our 1-week group class at FightClub MuayThai. This week-long program offers a balanced approach to mastering key techniques, building strength, and improving overall fitness. Each 90-minute session is designed to maximize your training time, combining technique refinement, footwork drills, and conditioning exercises. Ideal for those looking to dive deep into Muay Thai and experience intensive, structured training in a short period of time.


Training program

Warm-up

Start with jump rope and dynamic stretching to stimulate blood circulation and prepare your body for intense training. This will help prevent injuries and increase flexibility in your muscles.


Shadowboxing

Practice realistic movements through shadowboxing, allowing you to learn basic skills such as proper combination techniques, footwork, and body control in a simulated environment. This essential practice will help you develop your fighting abilities.


Pad Work

Work with pads to improve your striking techniques, enhance speed, accuracy, and refine your fighting style. Coaches will provide guidance and adjust techniques to suit your individual needs.


Bag Work

Increase your stamina and strength with cardio-focused bag work. Perform drills and strikes on the heavy bag to build endurance and power in every movement, pushing your physical limits to new heights.


Daily Programs

  • Strength & Conditioning:

Engage in Cross Training, including endurance training and plyometric exercises, to strengthen muscles and increase body flexibility. This prepares you for all types of training and competition.

  • Boxing Sparring / Muay Thai Sparring / Clinching:

Test your skills through real sparring sessions in boxing and Muay Thai, applying everything you’ve learned in a competitive setting. Clinching training is also emphasized to enhance both defense and offense in close-range combat.

  • Abs and Core:

Focus on strengthening your core and abs to enhance overall body control, improve balance, and reduce the risk of injury during dynamic movements in your training.


Cool Down

Finish your session with static stretching to relax your muscles, reduce tightness, and promote flexibility, aiding recovery after intense training.
