Classes & Program

Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport and is also becoming increasingly popular internationally. At the Fight Club, you can train with the pros and get to know the culture and technique of martial arts up close. Any martial arts enthusiast can train at the Elite Fight Club. Previous experience or age do not matter - you will join a suitable training group depending on your knowledge and objectives. You are always welcome to contact your trainer with any special requests you may have. There are also special courses for children and for aspiring professional fighters.

There are also training sessions for Western Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). In Western Boxing or Traditional Boxing, only punches to the opponent's upper body are allowed. This standing fighting style will improve your striking and parrying skills regardless of your actual style. Leg endurance is also a major factor for successful boxers. In BJJ, takedowns, throws, ground fighting and submission holds play the most important roles. Since even a small mistake can mean defeat, it is considered the most technically demanding martial art. One of the most important skills to master, which will also benefit you in Muay Thai, is observing your opponent's every move.

Even if your goal is simply to improve your physical fitness, this gym is the perfect place for you. Martial arts training such as Muay Thai targets many areas of the body and muscle groups that are not reached during normal fitness training. Nevertheless, you will also learn self-defense techniques, strengthen your discipline and self-confidence and make lots of new friends. You also don't have to take part in sparring matches if you don't want to. Many of our customers regularly visit a Muay Thai gym without the intention of becoming a professional athlete.

The martial art of Muay Thai uses all 4 limbs equally. Elbow and knee strikes are also practiced.

In the dynamic and intensive CrossFit workout, you can achieve a perfect mix of movement, strength and cardiovascular training. If you want even more efficient calorie burning and cardiovascular boosting, try the Elite Fight Fit training (EFF). Here, short bursts of intensive exercises are combined with short recovery phases.

After a high-energy workout, you can recharge your batteries in the Muay Thai gym's recovery zone. Relax your muscles either in the sauna or in a refreshing ice bath. The in-house Elite Kitchen offers you an extensive menu. You can round off the day hanging out with the other athletes by the swimming pool.

Attractions & activities in and around Hua Hin

Hua Hin in the central Thai province of Prachuap Khiri Khan is a family-friendly seaside resort with a Mediterranean flair. The beauty of the coastal region was already recognised at the beginning of the 20th century. During the construction of the southern rail link to Malaysia and Singapore, Hua Hin was developed into Thailand’s first tourist resort by the town planners. It then became a popular destination for wealthy travelers. As many European architects were involved in the construction, the influence of Italian and Victorian architecture can still be recognised in the town's most important buildings.

Nowadays, many travelers and expats appreciate Hua Hin for its laid-back atmosphere. Unlike other beach resorts in Thailand, it is not overcrowded. There are family-friendly resorts in all price ranges and many important cultural and natural landmarks to marvel at. Despite the focus on international tourism, the Thai charm and tradition have been preserved. Even today many Thais from Bangkok still travel to Hua Hin for weekend excursions. In contrast to the city of Pattaya on the other side of the Gulf of Thailand, Hua Hin is by far the more peaceful and authentic destination for a beach vacation.

Hua Hin beach with hotel resorts in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand Hua Hin offers everything for a well-balanced holiday in Thailand: beaches, sights, delicacies, activities - and a top-class Muay Thai gym

Hua Hin has one of the most diverse cuisines in the whole of Thailand. Here you can sample dishes from the country's four culinary regions: Northern, North-eastern, Central and Southern. You will experience many of Thailand's culinary delights at one of the vibrant night markets or in one of the many restaurants. Or you can go on a food tour and spend a few hours feasting your way through a selection of the best delicacies. You can also take a cooking course and try your hand at the stove yourself. In future, you will then be able to cook your favorite dish at home after Muay Thai training.

Hua Hin is also a good starting point for exploring the rest of Thailand. There are several daily train and bus connections within easy reach of the city center. Check directly with your accommodation for an itinerary and booking. The center of Thailand in and around the capital Bangkok is only 3-4 hours away. The south of Thailand such as the provinces of Krabi and Phuket are known for their spectacular sandstone cliffs and extensive nightlife. From Hua Hin Airport you can take direct flights to the city of Chiang Mai in northern Thailand several times a week. Here you can explore the remote villages and visit the many ancient Buddhist temples.

Here are our highlights for recreational activities during your training at the Elite Muay Thai camp in Hua Hin

1. Beaches

Hua Hin Beach:

A seven-kilometer-long beach that has something for everyone. There are opportunities for snorkeling or renting a jet ski. There are also designated areas for beach football and volleyball. The best thing about Hua Hin Beach is its length: The beach offers enough space for a few hundred tourists. While exploring it on foot would take too long, visitors here have a rather unusual means of transportation at their disposal. You can ride along the beach on a horse. The jockey will give you a short briefing on how to handle the animal, and then you're ready to go. With its clear water, pristine sand and peaceful atmosphere, the beach in Hua Hin offers a relaxing stay for the whole family - mainly on weekdays.

An important note: Hua Hin is still a favorite holiday destination for the Thai Royal Family. While its members are in town, water sports activities are suspended on certain parts of Hua Hin Beach. In this case, you can visit one of the many other beaches in the region, each with its own appeal. Contact your accommodation to get the exact information.

Cha Am Beach:

25 kilometers north of Hua Hin is one of the closest beaches to Bangkok. For this reason, it is well visited at weekends as part of short trips. There are plenty of restaurants and options for entertainment.

Khao Takiab Beach:

South of Hua Hin Beach is another quiet, long beach. It is separated from Hua Hin Beach by the famous Chopstick Rock. From the temple at the top, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. But watch out for the monkeys and please don't feed them! Thais like to play ball games on the sand. Sepak Takraw is something special, namely volleyball, which is played with the feet. With its acrobatic movements, it is very popular in Southeast Asia.

Suan Son Pradipat Beach:

This beach is operated by a military base. That is why it is usually cleaner and emptier here than many other beaches. You will also find the beach marked as Pine Grove Beach.

Khao Tao Beach:

Further south is Khao Tao Beach. There are usually fewer visitors here and the deeper water is perfect for swimming. At the end of the beach is the Wat Khao Tao temple with a viewpoint.

Pranburi Beach:

Further along the coast to the south is Pranburi. The town is also not very well known to tourists.

Ban Krut Beach (Baan Krood):

Our last beach is a little insider tip. Adjacent to it is the large and beautiful Phra Mahathat Chedi Phakdee Prakat temple complex.

2. Culture

Hua Hin Railway Station:

The railway station in Hua Hin is one of the oldest in Thailand and is widely considered to be the most beautiful in the country. The most iconic building is the Phra Mongkut Klao Pavilion, which was used as a small waiting room for train passengers. At the end of 2023 the new Hua Hin Train Station was opened.

The Railway Hotel:

The first luxury hotel in Hua Hin was completed and inaugurated in 1922. The two-story building was designed by Italian architect Alfredo Rigazzi and operated by the Royal Siamese Railway (RSR). It features elegant colonial architecture and verandas on both sides. In the 1984 film The Killing Fields, it served as a stand-in for the Cambodian Hotel Le Phnom. Today it is part of the 5-star Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin.

Mrigadayavan Palace:

Also known as Maruekhathaiyawan Palace and affectionately referred to as “The Palace of Love and Hope”. This seaside summer palace is located halfway between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. It was built in 1923 from golden teak and consists of stilt houses on the beach connected by verandas and covered boardwalks. The detailed fretwork is particularly pretty. King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) of Thailand used the estate as a summer palace. The royal presence in the newly created seaside resort soon attracted the first tourists from Bangkok. The former King of Thailand, Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), also had his own summer residence in Hua Hin, the Klai Kangwon Palace. However, the building is currently closed to the public.

Wat Khao Takiab:

Buddhist temple on a hill with a long staircase, magnificent colorful shrine and panoramic views of Hua Hin, the beach and the sea. Watch out for the monkeys. They sometimes tend to be kleptomaniacs.

Khao Hin Lek Fai:

A lesser-known viewpoint, which is therefore not as popular as Chopstick Hill. The hill is also inhabited by monkeys. From the top, you can see the whole of Hua Hin.

Rajabhakti Park:

Historical tourist attraction with seven statues of famous Thai kings, a museum and an open space.

Wat Huay Mongkol:

You can visit this beautifully designed temple about 18 kilometers inland to the west of Hua Hin. The landmark is the large statue of the legendary monk Luang Pu Thuat, who is said to have performed miracles. There is also a small lake and a playground.

Hua Hin Artists Village (Baan Sillapin):

Complex with art galleries, studios, an open-air café and crafts studios with courses.

For Art's Sake:

Art museum with interactive exhibitions that inspire the senses and offer different perspectives.

3. Shopping & Dining

Hua Hin Night Market:

Just a few hundred meters from the railway station is the largest and most popular night market in Hua Hin. At this traditional night bazaar you will find food stalls and vendors selling clothes and souvenirs. Unlike markets in other major cities in Thailand, you don't have to worry about rip-offs, cheap fakes and tourist traps. Instead, you can sample seafood and Thai desserts from the many restaurants. There are also inexpensive massage parlors if you want to unwind after a day of Muay Thai and exploring. The Hua Hin Night Market is open every day from 6pm to 11pm.

Cicada Market:

This night market specializes in the sale of clothing and handicrafts. If you are looking for high-quality decorative items, jewelry or antiques, this is the place for you. Your visit also supports local artists. There is also live music, theater performances and art exhibitions. In the center of the market, you can satisfy your hunger in a small outdoor food court. The trendy Cicada market takes place at the weekend in a small park in the south of Hua Hin.

Tamarind Market:

Just one street away is the Tamarind Market Hua Hin. It focuses entirely on culinary delights, featuring both Thai and western food. The small night market impresses with its cozy atmosphere. Local bands provide the necessary musical entertainment.

Khao Takiab Seafood Market:

In the small fishing village of Khao Takiab, there is a local seafood market that is popular with locals and tourists alike. Located at the foot of the Chopstick Hill, you will find a large selection at reasonable prices.

Fresh river prawns and other food at the night market in Hua Hin, Thailand Seafood is a significant part of Hua Hin's culinary scene. You can sample the fresh produce at a night market in the Thai fishing village.

La Mer Restaurant:

This restaurant is perfectly located on Chopstick Hill (Khao Takiap). From the balcony you have a great view. Try some of the typical Thai seafood dishes and enjoy the beauty of Hua Hin Beach.

Market Village Hua Hin:

Modern shopping complex with indoor and outdoor areas, over 150 stores and restaurants as well as a movie theater.

4. Sports

The area in and around Hua Hin is home to some of the best golf courses in Thailand. The dry climate and largely flat terrain offer ideal conditions. There are a total of ten golf clubs in the vicinity. The Royal Hua Hin Golf Course was laid out next to the train station in 1921 when the resort was founded. The facility is still in operation and also regularly hosts tournaments. The Palm Hills Golf Club & Residence and the Sea Pines Golf Club are also located directly on the beach, offering a particularly great scenery. The Black Mountain Golf Club with an adjoining Water Park and the Pineapple Valley Golf Club both offer a special playing experience due to their location in a hilly area.

Vana Nava Water Jungle:

Jungle-style attraction with water slides, obstacle course, several pools and brand shops.

5. Nature

There are two national parks near Hua Hin where you can experience the Thai flora and fauna as well as the breathtaking landscape. These are the perfect destinations to clear your mind after intense Muay Thai training sessions.

Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park:

This marine national park offers large swamps, steep mountain peaks and white sandy beaches. Its highlight is the famous Phraya Nakhon Cave. In the late morning, sunlight streams through a large opening in the ceiling. It illuminates the cave and the elegantly decorated pavilion at its center.
