Each class is a 60-minute session crafted to build total-body athleticism. The curriculum includes a powerful mix of high-intensity circuits, resistance training, explosive movement, and active recovery, all tailored to maximize your physical development. With professional coaches tracking your progress and refining your form, you’ll develop strength that goes beyond aesthetics — it’s strength that performs. Training in an open-air, pro-level gym with a global community adds motivation and accountability every step of the way.

The 1-Month Strength & Conditioning Program at Venum Training Camp Pattaya offers unlimited group training sessions (Monday to Saturday) designed to push your body and sharpen your mind. You’ll train like elite athletes using time-tested methods such as Olympic lifting, kettlebell work, calisthenics, HIIT, and functional movement patterns — all structured into a progressive monthly plan.

This isn’t just gym time — it’s professional coaching in a world-class facility known for hosting MMA champions and combat sports professionals. You’ll also have access to full gym amenities, recovery tools, and a supportive training environment near the beaches of Pattaya. No matter your starting point, this month is about growing stronger, inside and out.

  • 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  • 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

    Cancellation Policy
    1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
    2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
    3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
      • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
      • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    Instruction

    Common Notes:

  • Students are required to bring their own equipment. Gym offers rental gear; however, availability is limited, so we recommend bringing your own if possible.
  • Shower and locker facilities are available onsite for your comfort.
  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your selected class time for check-in and warm-up.
  • The gym is closed every Sunday.
